Initial Consultation
Introduction to your space, high level overview of plans for utilizing the space more efficiently for your unique needs whether its for your personal use or a shared space such as a rental property. Review scope of work and level of design services needed.
Design Package
You will receive a full design package that may include some or all of the following dependent on your design needs: as built floorplans, proposed build floorplans, proposed build elevations, proposed build electrical plans, digital renderings, product selections, written scope of work, material quotes, on site and virtual meetings to discuss design plans and material selections. KEYS Kitchen and Bath at this time does not employ installers but is happy to work with a contractor of your choice.
Build
We will be available throughout the build phase to ensure proper execution of your specific design plans.
